But I agree that this clearly is a disrespectful thing to do. And it's interesting to see how posting comments and photos on the internet get people in trouble in ways I'm sure they couldn't imagine. What seems to be an innocent gesture at the time may come back to haunt you! Well, there’s such a shortage of nurses, I’d bet they’d be able to keep their jobs!

They fact that they're doctors(student or otherwise) worries me as they obviously don't have the correct attitude towards their profession. Don't get me wrong, the job is stressful enough and there is a time and a place for humour but not at the expense and disrespect of the patient. Dead or alive.
