Some populations use abortions as a form of birth control. This is where our energy education about contraception should be targeted. Many women don’t realize the risk of getting their uterus scraped repeatedly. Each time  the uterus is scraped it thins out the layers inside. This is a set up for problems with a future pregnancy.  It is really disturbing to hear that an anti-abortion protester was shot and killed near a high school in Michigan. Maybe these anti-abortion activists should better direct their energy toward teaching high school students about contraception.
