I have to wonder why the Michael Jackson toxicology report is being withheld.

 Think about the drunk and stoned woman who drove the wrong way on the highway …and  got eight people killed …well that tox report was out in the media in 24 hours! Don’t we have enough medical shows on TV that already show overdoses in the ER?

Actually, when an overdosed patient comes into the emergency room, they are treated empirically (which means the doctor treats what is suspected – alcohol, marijuana, barbiturates, antidepressants, narcotics, aspirin, Tylenol etc.). The tox results for the most common drugs come back within an hour! The treatment is targeted to whatever results come back positive.

I am sure the tox results for Jackson are back. Question is why is this bombshell under top secret Fort Knox protection?
